Staffmark Group is Hiring an Operations Team Lead Near Hebron, KY
Pay Rate: Starting at $18 per hour
Available Shift: 4 PM to 12:30 AM
As an Operations Team Lead, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks ensuring smooth warehouse operations. This includes tracking employee hours and providing feedback, directing teams for warehouse accounts, coordinating shipping schedules and labor requirements, safely unloading and moving inbound freight, preparing products for shipment, performing picking duties, loading and moving products using equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks, operating equipment safely, assisting supervisory personnel, training Operators, maintaining equipment and warehouse security, conducting physical inventories and stock rotation, performing double-checking and cycle counts, and reporting any unsafe working conditions or food safety issues for food accounts.
Requirements:
- 2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with warehouse equipment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Synapse training preferred
- Ability to read and interpret instructions, correspondence, and memos
- Basic report writing skills
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to instructions
